Michael Udeatzky

Michael Udeatzky, age 92, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at Alamance Regional Medical Center. He was a native of New York City, NY and the husband of Olga Krott Udeatzky. They shared 70 years of marriage. Michael was the former owner and operator of a Sunoco gas station for many years in Collingwood Park, NJ. After selling the New Jersey properties Mike and Olga traveled through out Florida and NC and settled in Elon. He was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Olga Krott Udeatzky of the home; daughters, Patricia Richard Annand of Gibsonville, Olga Buono of Wilmington, Delaware, Paula Jerry Hough of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and Helena Robert Coogan of Wall Township, New Jersey; 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Vlademer and Pauline Rochousky Udeatzky and a sister, Martha Rhoades. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a local Hospice of your choice due to the excellent care they have provided for Mike.
