Mr. Curl is survived by his wife of the home; three children, Ray Curl and wife, Patricia, of Graham, Kathy Snipes and husband, Lyman, and Janie Myers, all of Burlington; six grandchildren, Ben Curl, Jason (Jeannine) Curl, Casey (John) Herndon, Cameron (Amanda) Snipes, Lucas (Maritza) Riley and Rachel (Eric) Overkamp; thirteen great grandchildren, Meagan, Addison, Kiera, Hayden, Will, Chance, Payton, Ryker, Kaleb, Isabelle, Evan, Hunter and Elijah; and a sister, Imogene Durham of Burlington.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Fellowship Baptist Church by Rev. Mike Williams and Rev. Ken Simpson.  Interment will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM Friday evening at the church and other times at the residence.
