Alsie Andrews "Judy" Ward

 

     Mrs. Alsie Cornelia Andrews “Judy” Ward, age 78, of Graham, passed away at Alamance Regional Medical Center after several weeks of failing health.

     Born in Guilford County, she was the daughter of the late Willie Arnold Andrews and the late Agatha Prater Andrews.  Judy was the owner and operator of Brookshire Development Company, Inc. and served as the former President of the North Carolina Manufacturing Housing Association.

     Mrs. Ward was survived by her son, Dean Ward and two brothers, Charles Arnold Andrews and Grant Andrews.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Tammy Lynn Ward.

     The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, March 10, 2022 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Mick Raynor.  Interment will follow at Alamance Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends from 12:30 – 1:45 Thursday prior to the service at the funeral home.
