Angela Lee Williams

Angela “Angie” Lee Williams, 56, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 4, 2022, at her home after a courageous battle with cancer for over 20 years.  She loved life and lived it to the fullest and refused to let cancer take that away.

Angie was born April 16, 1966 in Alamance County to Billy Marvin Lee and Letha Stallings Lee.  She worked at National General, formerly Bankers and Shippers / Integon for over 30 years.  Angie had a passion for crafting stained glass art. The pieces she made for her friends and family will be cherished for a lifetime.  Angie enjoyed riding Harleys and participating in poker runs and charity rides.  Angie loved going to races and she was a devoted animal lover. Even though Angie was an only child, she had girlfriends that were closer to her than a sister could be.  She cherished each and every one of their friendships throughout her life and was always true and loyal to them.

Angie will be deeply missed by those who loved and cherished her.  She is survived by her parents, Billy Marvin Lee and Letha Stallings Lee; partner, Marshall Greer; former husband and friend, Mark Williams; and numerous other friends, family, and her loyal and loving dog, Hank.

A celebration of Angie’s life will be held Sunday, November 6, 2022 at 2 PM at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

A special thanks to everyone that were there to support and care for Angie during her time of sickness:  Tracie Caudill, Sandi Dietrich, Angie Harvey, Julie Litten, Melanie Munn, Robin Stallings, Tammy Weaver, and Lisa Willis.
