Arlies Lloyd

Arlies "Sis" Phillips Lloyd, 86, passed away Saturday November 21, 2015 at the Hospice Home after a brief illness. She was born September 11, 1929 in Alamance County to the late Charlie and Mable Phillips and was married to Henry Paul Lloyd for sixty-three years. She was a nurse in both Burlington and Titusville, FL for over forty years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many and will be missed very dearly. Survivors include her husband Henry Paul Lloyd of the home; son Steve Lloyd and his wife Adriana; grandchildren, Corey Lloyd, Christopher Lloyd and Gabriella Lloyd; sisters Nancy Faucette, Frances Linens and her extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her daughter Paula Ann Lloyd. The funeral will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday at Brick Reformed Church by Rev. Geoff LaLone and Rev. James Rosser interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends 4 to 6 pm Tuesday at Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. and at other times at the home.
