Charles Pike II

Charles Sherman Pike II, beloved father of Chip Pike and Penny Graham, went home to be with his Lord on Sunday, January 25th at 12:30 pm. Charles was born in Troy, NY on September 21, 1923 to the late Charles S Pike Sr. and Alice Van Deusen. Charlie was a wonderful, loving husband, father, and grandfather who enjoyed life. He loved and befriended everyone he met and always had a kind word in his heart. He was a decorated WWII veteran who served in Europe and loved his country very much. Charlie and his late wife, Grace, lived in New York, North Carolina, Maryland, and Texas leaving his family and many good friends to remember his warm smile and hardy laugh. Survivors include his daughter Penny Graham and her husband Reggie and their children Jenna, Richard, Carolyne, and Raymond of Mechanicsville MD; son Chip Pike and his wife Sue of Houston, TX; and sister Joyce Pike of Troy, NY.
