Connie Waller

Connie Louise Waller, age 58, of Indian Harbour Beach, Florida went home to be with the Lord on September 24, 2006. She was a native of Alamance County and the daughter of William J. and Helen Odham Waller. Connie was employed at Sea Pines Rehabilitation Home in Harbour, Florida as a CNA. She was devoted to her family and enjoyed helping people. Survivors include her parents; daughters and sons-in-law, Venus and Eric Long of Maiden, NC and Tracey and Greg Mitchem of Melbourne, FL; son, William Jay Cates of Melbourne, FL; five grandchildren, Jaycee Cates, Brandon Cates, Jacob Price, Miranda Price and Tylar Mitchem; her sister and brother-in-law, Janice and Andrew Harrison of Haw River; and a brother, William Waller of Burlington; four nieces and one nephew; several special lifelong friends, Bobby Barnwell and Brenda Smith. She was preceded in death by her infant son, Carl Wayne Wade , Jr. The funeral service will be on Sunday, October 1, 2006 at 4:00 p.m. in the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Curtis Oakley and the burial will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home and other times at her parents home, 1800 Lynnwood Drive, Burlington, NC 27215.
