Cornelia Leona Fargis

Cornelia Leona Fargis born on June 30, 1939 went home to be with our Heavenly Father peacefully at home on August 17, 2021. She was the daughter of the late Frederick Raymond Fargis and the late Eva Margaret Fargis.

Cornelia had 3 brothers Rev. Norman Fargis, (wife Judy), Winfred Fargis, (wifeSusie), and Royce Fargis, (wife Vicki). She leaves behind her only daughter Dawn Sisk, (husband Darren), Grandson Raymond Sisk, (fiancé Hope), Granddaughter Amber Sisk, (fiancé Bryan) and a great grandson Waylon Stevens and tons of Niece’s and Nephew’s.

She loved to sing, cut a rug, go fishing, loved to travel, and go shopping, but most of all she loved her great grandson Waylon, he was her little peanut.

A graveside service to celebrate her life will be held at 9:00 AM on Monday, August 23, 2021 at Alamance Memorial Park by Rev. Norman Fargis . The family will receive friends 3PM-5PM on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory.
