Craig David Malchow

Craig David Malchow, 62, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 25, 2026 at his home, after a two-year battle with kidney failure. He was born on January 29, 1964 in Neenah, Wisconsin to the late Thomas Roy Malchow and MarJean Raduenz Malchow, and was the loving husband to Debbra Eckwall Malchow who survives.

Craig formerly worked in the manufacturing field working at Procter & Gamble and Ecolab. He was a proud US Army veteran, a Staff Sergeant who was stationed in Germany for six years. Craig enjoyed playing sports in high school including baseball, football and basketball for the Neenah Rockets and attended the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and UW Whitewater.

He loved playing golf, an avid Green Bay Packers fan, who enjoyed watching sports with his family. Craig grew up with his entire family always being life-long fans of the Green Bay Packers. Most of all, Craig loved spending time with his family that was his proudest accomplishment. 

Craig is survived by his devoted wife of thirty-one years, Debbra Eckwall Malchow who has been by his side during this whole journey. His loving children, Thomas Priebe and his wife Kayla, Brandon Henningsen, and Chloe Malchow; a sister, Kim Guinan and her husband Mark; his brothers, Mark Malchow and his wife Laurie, and Paul Malchow and his wife Anita; many nieces and nephews; and his canine companions, Bella and Luna and his feline companion, Bean. All three gave him so much love, affection and happiness during his illness. Craig has now been reunited with his daughter, Emily Malchow; his parents, Thomas and MarJean Malchow; and a niece, Caitlin Guinan that have preceded him in death.

The Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00AM Thursday, August 6, 2026 at Graham Memorial Park by Pastor Reid Dickens. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30AM at Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory.
