Debbie Bolden Morris

Deborah “Debbie” Bolden Morris, 62, of Burlington, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 4, 2024 at her residence with her family by her side.

 A native of Alamance County she was the daughter of the late Jimmie Carroll and Margaret Haith Bolden and was married for 36 years to Todd Robert Morris, who survives. Debbie was the Co-Owner and Operator, along with her husband of Woven Graphics. She was a member of Harvest Baptist Church. She was a 1981 graduate of Cummings High School and received her Bachlor’s degree from Elon University. Debbie was a substitute teacher at BCA from grades kindergarten through 8th grade, while her son Andrew was a student. Debbie enjoyed sunning at the beach, shag music and dancing. She loved Weenie dogs “Zeke” and “Holly” and her current canine companion, “Fred”. Debbie was a caregiver for her parents in their senior years. Debbie had many talents but she was most proud of being Andrew’s mom and spending time with her husband, Todd. 

 She is survived by her husband of the home; Todd Robert Morris and her son, Andrew Robert Morris of Burlington; uncles, J B Haith of Henderson and Charles Bolden of Graham; her aunt, Linda Hodge and husband, Roger of Bolivia, NC.

 The funeral service to celebrate her life will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Bob Stephenson. The family will receive friends from 9:30-10:45am prior to the service on Tuesday. 

 In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association, P O Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116-7023 or Living Free Ministries, 1230 Walnut Grove Lane, Snow Camp, NC 27349.
