Elon - Emily Georgianna Monigan DesRoches, 95, of The Oaks passed away Tuesday, August 12, 2008. She was the wife of the late Clyde Arthur DesRoches. She is survived by her daughters; Sandra Perrino of Elon, Joan Major of Providence, RI, Carol Vanwuychkuyse of FL, a son Bob DesRoches of FL, her local grandchild Cheryl Distefano, and great grandchildren Brittany Distefano and Rushelle Distefano all of Graham. There will be a memorial service at a later date in Rhode Island. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Alamance-Caswell, 914 Chapel Hill Rd., Burlington, NC 27215.
