Federico Diaz

Federico Diaz, 58, passed away at his home on Thursday, July 20, 2023 surrounded by his loving family.  He was born in Jucuapa, El Salvador to the late Jose Antonio Diaz and Eudelia Rodriguez De Diaz and was married for over 36 years to Miriam Del Transito Rodriguez, who survives.

Federico was a member of Misión Cristiana Elim in Burlington and worked in construction for Joyner Masonry for many years.  He was a huge fan of soccer especially Barcelona. 

He is survived by his wife; Miriam Del Transito Rodriguez, children; Jose Mario Ernesto Diaz R. and wife, Damaris Torres, Roberto Carlos Diaz R., Henry Alexis Diaz R. and wife Esmerald Garcia, William Adilman Diaz R., Leidy Emila Diaz R. and husband Jose Garcia, Fatima Areli Diaz R. and Ronny Anderson Diaz R., grandchildren; Alice Gwen Rodriguez, Elsys Maryse Rodriguez, Byron Yadiel Rodriguez, Kehlani Nicole Diaz, Brayan Diaz, Cristofer Torres, siblings, Jose Antonio Diaz and Matilde Diaz. He was preceded in death by his parents; Jose Antonio Diaz and Eudelia Rodriguez De Diaz as well as siblings; Ernestina Diaz, Ana Julia Diaz, Elsis Emila Diaz and Josè Maria Diaz.    

A service to Celebrate Federico’s life will be held at 7:00 on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at Misión Cristiana Elim on Webb Ave. in Burlington.  He will be buried in El Salvador beside more of his family.
