Frances Coleman

Mrs. Frances Catherine Pattishall Coleman, 66, of 2095-A Cullen Rd., died Monday, January 12, 2009 at Wesley Long Hospital after two months of failing health. Born in Alamance County, she was the daughter of the late William Thomas Pattishall and the late Bessie Vinson Pattishall and was married for over 49 years to Robert Hubert "Bob" Coleman, who survives. She was retired from Coca-Cola Classic after 15 years service and was a member of Guiding Light Baptist Church. Mrs. Coleman is survived by her husband of the home; a daughter, Crystal C. Wagoner and her husband, Mark, of Gibsonville; a son, Robert Creed Coleman of Gibsonville; three grandchildren, David S. Shoaf, Jason C. Shoaf and Allyson M. Wagoner; and two brothers, Wilton R. Pattishall of Elon and Dr. Franklin D. Pattishall of Charlotte. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Thursday, January 15, 2009 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Max Rich and the Rev. Tim Thornton. Interment will follow at Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8 Wednesday evening and other times at the home.
