Frances Hodgin

Burlington Frances Satterfield Hodgin, 90, formerly of Morningside Dr. passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at Raleigh Rehabilitation Center. A native of Caswell County, she was the daughter of the late Elijah L. "Buck" and Ruth Daniel Satterfield. She retired from May Hosiery and was a member of North Graham Baptist Church. Survivors include her son, Joseph L. Hucks and wife Sue of Apex; grandchildren, Kara Hucks, Jesse Hucks and Timothy Grant Baldwin; great grandchildren, Brianna Baldwin Wick and Marissa Baldwin Malec; brother, Robert "Bobby" Satterfield of Burlington. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughters, Donna Lynn Barber and Mickie Barber Allen; brothers, Dan, Fredrick, William and James Satterfield. Graveside services will be held at 11:00am Monday, January 19, 2015 at Graham Memorial Park by Rev. Walter Jones. The family will receive friends at Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory from 10:00am until10:45am Monday, prior to the service.
