Garland Gerringer

Burlington Garland Monroe Gerringer, age 67, of 3756 Stony Creek Church Rd. passed away Thursday October 6, 2005 at D & M Family Care. A native of Alamance County, he was son of the late Alvis Monroe and Viola Dickens Gerringer. He was a member of the Army National Guard and was retired from Burlington Industries, Williamsburg Plant, and later worked for Hanford Brick Co. There are no immediate survivors. Graveside services will be held at 4:00 PM Sunday Oct. 9, 2005 at the Bethlehem Christian Church Cemetery by Rev. Dave Gilbert. Mr. Gerringer will remain at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory until being taken to the cemetery for services. Friends and family will receive friends at Lowe Funeral Home from 5-7 PM Saturday.
