Harvey Jones

Harvey "Bill" W. Jones, 67, passed away, Saturday, January 17, 2015. He was born March 6, 1947 in Guilford County to the late Harvey W. Jones, Sr. and the late Juanita Gibson Jones. He was married for forty years to Perrin Kaye Jones who survives. Bill enjoyed being outdoors, shooting and fishing. He was a member of the N.R.A. and the Durham Pistol and Rifle Club. He also enjoyed working on cars and collecting them. Survivors include his wife of the home, a son Harvey Joseph Jones and wife Patricia of Shallote, NC, grandchildren; Ian Jones and Haylee Babson and husband Austin. The family will receive friends 10:30 11:45 Tuesday prior to the service which will be held 12 Noon in the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Rev. Todd Martin. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Greensboro, N.C. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association, P.O.
