“Heather Noel Sorrell (1967-2026) of Burlington, NC passed away unexpectedly in her home on Sunday, February 22, 2026 at 58.
She is survived by her daughter Cameron, her mother Glynda, and her brother Chad, his wife Christine, and their two daughters Maya and Neala. Heather graduated from Cummings High School in 1986 before attending UNC Wilmington.
She welcomed her daughter into the world in 1991 and became co-owner of kidZart Children's Renaissance Center along with her mother in 1996. When the childcare closed, Heather began a new enterprise, White Elephant Liquidations and Estate Sales.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made in her name to the Humane Society of Alamance County."
