It is with great respect and sorrow that we announce the passing of Jacqueline "Jackie" Neilson Bouchard, 86, who departed this life on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at Twin Lakes. She was born on July 12, 1938 in Winona, Minnesota to the late Harvey Alvin Neilson and Velma Helen Konrad Neilson, and was the wife of 59 years to Alfred “Al” Bouchard who survives.
After dedicating many years to her family, she contributed to the workforce by previously working with Columbia Forest Products and for Attorney Marshall Lipton in Kingston, New York. Her work ethic was unwavering, and she approached every aspect of her life with the same humor and love she brought to her family.
In addition to spending loving time with her family, Jackie enjoyed a variety of hobbies. She found joy in traveling, playing the one-armed bandits, and golf with Al and friends. Jackie loved engaging in crafts, working puzzles, cross-stitching, and participating in bowling leagues during her earlier years. Her activities not only brought her joy but also enriched the lives of those around her. She was of strong character and committed in her beliefs.
Survivors other than her devoted husband, Alfred include their loving daughters, Tonya Dobson and her husband Matthew, and Rhonda Kjos and her husband John; a son, Karl Schuh and his wife Kristi. Jackie took great pride in her role as a grandmother to grandsons, Luke Dobson and his fiancé, Cassidy White, Jackson Dobson, Maxwell Dobson, Ryan Beliveau, Aaron Beliveau and his wife Nicole, Keith Schuh and his wife Sonja, and Kegan Schuh; and to her great grandchildren, Emilia and Owen Beliveau, Koen, Atlas, Skyler and Adriana Schuh. She leaves behind her cherished sister, Sharon Slimmen, along with nephews, David Rhodes and his wife Cheryl, Kevin Slimmen, and Tim Coyles and his wife Dory and several great nieces and nephews who will fondly remember her legacy. Also her grand-dog, Andi, who she named "Pooh Dog", when never he was around, he brought her great comfort and support during her illness.
Jackie has now reunited with her loving parents, a nephew, John Rhodes and her brother-in-law, Gary Slimmen.
