Liberty James R. "Jimmy" Williams, 71, passed away Thursday, September 27, 2012. A service to celebrate his life will be held 2:00pm on Monday, October 1, 2012 at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
