Jeanette Small

Jeanette Small, 69, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at Alamance Regional Medical Center.  She was born in Alamance County on September 18, 1952 to the late Java “Jack” Wells Small and Mallie “Nell” Geneva Bright Small.

Jeanette formerly worked at Vocational Trade.  She was a Christian, enjoyed wearing jewelry and pink was her favorite color.

Survivors include her sisters, Brenda Small Sumner and husband Joe, Dixie Small Humphrey and husband Tom; several nieces and nephews; and her extended family at Rosemont Group Home.  Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Barbara “Bobbie” Small Brantley and a brother, John Small.

A graveside service will be held 2:00pm Friday, October 8, 2021 at Pine Hill Cemetery to celebrate her life.  The family will receive friends from 1:00-1:40pm Friday at Lowe Funeral Home & Crematory prior to the service.
