John Carter Biddulph, 75, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 11, 2023 at Alamance Regional Medical Center, surrounded by his family. He was born in Long Island, NY to the late John Charles Biddulph and Isabelle Gertrude Conklin Biddulph, and was the husband of twenty years to Rubiela Oliz Biddulph of the home.

John was a chef for over thirty-five years, his career started when he entered into the Navy. While serving in the US Navy during the Vietnam War, he was responsible for cooking and preparing all the meals for his crew. John was a proud chef who loved cooking for his family and friends. He was an avid Yankees fan, enjoyed watching the Food Network Channel and watching sports.

Survivors other than his wife, Rubiela Biddulph include his step children, Juan Guzman and Laura Guzman and her husband Lochlainn Kane; sisters, Ruth Ann Phaff and husband Mel and Nancy Manduca and husband Joe; several nieces and nephews.

The celebration service will be held at 3:00pm Friday, December 15, 2023 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Reid Dickens, the family will receive friends following the service.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, www.stjude.org. You may watch the service online.
