John Thomas

McLeansville - John Kenneth "Kenny" Thomas, 55, passed away June 21, 2016 at Moses Cone Hospital following a sudden illness. A native of Guilford County, he was born on March 5, 1961 to J.C. and Betty Allen Thomas.
Kenny was an avid outdoorsman, spending his free time hunting, fishing and just enjoying nature. He was a kind-hearted and compassionate individual and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Survivors include his fiancé, Cindy C. Wilson; parents, J.C. and Betty Allen Thomas; sister, June Williamson and husband T.W. and a nephew, Matt Williamson.
The family will receive friends from 3-5pm on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory. A private service to celebrate his life will be held at a later date.
