Joseph Crutchfield, Jr.

Joseph David Crutchfield, Jr., 86, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 22, 2017 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice in Winston Salem, NC. He was born in Alamance County on February 6, 1931 to the late Joseph David Crutchfield, Sr. and Lanie Jones Crutchfield. He was the husband of the late Joyce Ann Womble Crutchfield who passed away July 16th. Joseph retired from Western-Electric (A.T. & T.) and served in the US Air Force.
Joseph is survived by; a son, Michael Crutchfield (Terri), daughters, Denise Atkins (Rob), Crystal Snow (Kenneth); grandson, Christopher Atkins; granddaughter, Chloe Snow; step-granddaughter, Jessica Atkins (Audra) and a step-grandson, AJ Morris. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents; a step-granddaughter, Katherine Atkins.
