Joyce Crutchfield

Oak Island, NC - Joyce Ann Womble Crutchfield, 82, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 16, 2017 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice in Wilmington, NC. She was born in Alamance County on June 8, 1935 to the late John William Womble and Reba Maxwell Womble and was the wife of Joseph David Crutchfield, Jr. of Oak Island.
Joyce is survived by her husband; a son, Michael Crutchfield (Terri), daughters, Denise Atkins (Rob), Crystal Snow (Kenneth); grandson, Christopher Atkins; granddaughter, Chloe Snow; step-granddaughter, Jessica Atkins (Audra) and a step-grandson, AJ Morris. She was preceded in death by her parents; a step-granddaughter, Katherine Atkins and a sister, Barbara Womble Wilson.
