Karen Hollis Morris-Weidner, age 71, of Elon, passed away on Monday, June 1, 2026 at her residence after a sudden illness.

     Born in Toledo, OH, she was the daughter of the late Brannock Scott Page and the late Rose Wilson Jenkins and was married to the late Edward Paul Weidner III, who passed in 2008. Karen was a Technical Consultant with Lucent Technologies and later taught art with the Alamance-Burlington School System.

     She is survived by her daughter, Erin Morris; a step-son, Edward Paul Weidner IV (Jen); two granddaughters, Jillian and Jannah; two sisters, Rose H. Miller (Ken) and Anitya H. Grant (Wayne); several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews and her daughter Erin’s father, James “Jimmy” Morris.

     The family will have services at a later date.
