Kevin Conklin

Kevin Delano Conklin, age 44, of Burlington, passed away on Friday, December 17, 2021 at his residence after several months of failing health.

A native of Alamance County, he was the son of Delano Monroe Conklin and Rachel Wright Conklin, who both survive.  He graduated from Southern Alamance High School and attended Trevecca Nazarene University.  Kevin enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and was an avid fisherman.

Kevin is survived by his parents of Burlington; his three children, Katelyn, Cameron and Kyleigh Conklin; the mother of his children, Elaine McCubbins; and his aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Dennis Boone.  The family will receive friends following the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to help contribute to the funeral expenses.
