Krista Rhew

Elon, NC Miss Krista Michelle Rhew, 16, died suddenly from an ATV accident Tuesday, October 2, 2012 in Caswell County. She was in the 9th grade at Bartlett Yancey High School. She was born in Rockingham County to Dana Eugene Wolfe of Gibsonville and Tammy Renee Rhew of Burlington. Survivors other that her parents include her sister, Ashley Danielle Rhew of the home; maternal grandfather, Harrison Carl Rhew, Jr. of the home; paternal grandparents, Gene and Suzanne Walker of Gibsonville; maternal great grandmother, Edna Williams Rhew of Kimesville; paternal great grandmothers, Oraph Jennette Starks of Gibsonville, Eleanor Neese of Burlington; special friends, Patricia Pyron and Taylor Woods both of Yanceyville. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Ellen Burroughs Rhew and maternal great grandfather, Harrison Carl Rhew, Sr. The graveside service will be held 3:00pm Friday, October 5, 2012 at Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:45pm Friday at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory prior to the service, at other times the family will be at the home.
