Louise Sawyer

Burlington - Louise B. Sawyer of Burlington, N.C. passed away on Friday, July 28, 2012. She was 90 years old. She is survived by her son, Walter P. Sawyer of Huntersville, N.C., her sister Jean Bateman of Bowling Green, OH and a brother, Clive Bateman of Nakina, N.C. She was a beloved grandmother to four grandchildren: Casey Sawyer and Catherine Sawyer of Huntersville, N.C., Katie Rivers and Blair Forbis of Graham, N.C. She was also a beloved aunt and great-grandmother. She is preceded in death by her husband, Walter Raymond Sawyer and her son, Michael Raymond Sawyer. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday at Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Wednesday evening at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory.
