Lucille Cullifer Little

Lucille retired after working 66 years with Brightwood Inn. She enjoyed working in her flower beds and reading.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Carl Richard Little, Jr. and wife, Cindy, Courtney Little Shelton and husband Spence, Christopher Little and wife Michelle, James Richard Little, Susie Little Rogers and husband, Frankie, David Mashburn, Kimberly Beck, William Franklin Little; 20 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren; daughters-in-law, Cynthia “Cyndi” Ray Little and Joanne Little, and several nieces and nephews. Lucille was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Carl Richard “Rick” Little, Sr., Edwin Irwin Little, Jr. and James Wayne Little; daughter, Nancy Lucille Mashburn; a brother, Bill Ray Cullifer; and a sister, Hazel Christine Briley.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Spence Shelton with the burial to follow at Alamance Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends from 12:45 until 1:45pm prior to the service.
