Maria Mansfield

Mrs. Maria M. Mansfield, age 93, was born on December 25, 1915 and joined her extended family in eternity on February 12, 2009. The funeral service will be held at 3:30 PM Sunday, February 15, 2009 at Alamance Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with visitation following the service. Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the Mansfield family. Left to cherish wonderful loving memories are her two daughters, Glennette Henderson and her husband, Johnie, of Whiteville, NC and Glenda Moore and her husband, Frank, of Greensboro, NC; many wonderful grandchildren; great grandchildren; great great grandchildren; one brother and one sister, both of Pennsylvania; and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, T. Glenn Mansfield; a son Glenn Mansfield, Sr.; a grandson, Kerrie Henderson; and a grandson-in-law, Gary Middlebrook. Maria was a very talented and loving individual, who touched many peoples' lives with her care and generosity. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church, 812 Duke St., Greensboro, NC 27401 or to the American Cancer Society, 4-A Oak Branch Dr., Greensboro, NC 27407or to the charity of the donor's choice. She will be missed and forever in our hearts.
