Marian Temme

Marian Elizabeth Laible Temme, 87, of Twin Lakes passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2013. She was born in Omaha, NE and was the daughter of the late Chris Leonard and Clara Elizabeth Keller Laible. She was married for 67 years to her beloved husband, Rev. Norman L. Temme of the home; was the loving mother of Susan Schultz Fred of Ligonier, PA, Deborah Di Menna Francis of Bronxville, NY and Jon Temme Kelly of Toronto, Ontario; loving grandmother of Becky Craig, Matt Anne, Rachael, Francis Adrienne, Christopher Deirdre, Tyler, Jessica, Gretchen Sean and Krister Susan; and great-grandmother of Jack, Hannah, Noah, Madison, Toby and Carson. She was preceded in death by her son, Joel Temme, and her brother, Ralph Laible. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday in the Foley Chapel at Twin Lakes conducted by Father Mark Wm. Menees and Pastor Frank Perry. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Twin Lakes Community for Residents' Assistance Fund, 100 Wade Coble Drive, Burlington, NC 27215.
