Pansy Simpson Mansfield
Burlington – Pansy Simpson Mansfield, 98, passed away on November 30, 2022 at the Hospice Home. A native of Alamance County she was the daughter of the late Euliss and Mary Sedona “Sadie” Ross Simpson.
Pansy was a lifetime faithful member of Bethel Methodist Church. She retired from the Textile Mills after many years of service.
She is survived by her devoted daughter; Carolyn W. Newman, five granddaughters, many great and great great grandchildren and a brother; Carl Simpson.
She is preceded in death by her husband; Earl Mansfield, sons; George Whitley and David Whitley, parents; Euliss Simpson and Mary Sedona “Sadie” Ross Simpson and her siblings; Lula Mae Kernodle and Lester Simpson.
