Rickey Renadette

Rickey James Renadette, 52, of 2237 Old Trail Rd, passed away suddenly Friday at Alamance Regional Medical Center. He was the husband of Dorothy Collins Renadette and was born May 24, 1958 in Plattsburgh, NY to the late Claude and Wanda Tetreault Renadette and surviving mother Mildred Renadette. Rickey was a mechanic who enjoyed working on and restoring old cars. He was a member of the Oldsmobile Club of America. Spending time with his family was his passion especially with his grandkids. Survivors include his wife of the home, a daughter Jessica Leigh Pelt and her husband Aric of Snow Camp, a son Ryan Renadette of Burlington and his girlfriend Megan Whitaker, a special "son" Michael Mickey of Asheboro, grandchildren, Jaleigh Faith Hawk, Peyton Colt Pelt, a brother Keith Renadette of NY, and step-sister Sue Burliss of TX. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Kim Renadette and step-sister Peggy Schram of IN. There will be a celebration of his life Thursday May 5, 2011 7:00 PM at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at other times at the home.
