Scott William Bell

     Scott William Bell, age 53, of Gibsonville, passed away on Sunday, September 14, 2025 at his residence after a sudden accident.

     Born in Alamance County, he was the son of Gary William Bell and Shaunda Morgan Hill, who both survive. He was a supervisor and long-time employee with Joel Hill, Sr. Painting. Scott attended Christian Bible Fellowship, was an avid gun and knife enthusiast, NASCAR fan, lover of Bluegrass music and self-declared “Momma’s Boy”.

     Scott is survived by his parents; sister, Wendy Carter (Kevin); his step father, Joel Hill, Sr.; niece and nephews, John Carter (Courtney), Jared Carter, and Kelly Carter; great nephew, Foster Carter; and a half-brother, Joey Hill.

     The funeral service will be at held at 2:00 PM Monday, September 22, 2025 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Brian Hill. Interment will follow at Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:30 – 1:45 PM Monday prior to the service at the funeral home.
