Burlington – Stanley “Scatter” Lamar Martin, Jr., age 65, passed away on January 4, 2021 at his home. Born in Onslow County on July 4, 1955, he was the son of Mary Fair Martin and the late Stanley Lamar Martin, Sr.  Stanley was a member of St. Mark’s Church, a 1973 graduate of Walter M.
