Stephen Horner, Sr.

Stephen Lee Horner, Sr., 52, of Garland, formerly of Burlington, passed away Saturday, October 23, 2010 at his residence. Mr. Horner was born in Alamance County to the late Harold Dean Terrell and Linda Horner Mauer who survives. Stephen was a building contractor and was a member of Glen Hope Baptist Church in Burlington. Survivors include his wife, Donna Robertson Horner of the home; two sons, Stephen Lee Horner, Jr. and his wife, Tina of Garland, and Joseph Allen Horner of Garland; a grandchild, Blaise Horner; mother and step-father, Bill and Linda Mauer of Mebane; two brothers, David Lee Terrell and his wife Jane of Graham, and Scott Anthony Terrell of Mebane; and a sister, Kelli Graves and her husband, Ricky of Burlington. A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday evening at Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory and other times at Mr. and Mrs. Bill Mauer's home, 3417 Mt. Zion Church Rd. in Mebane
