Trazana Zakia Graham

Trazana Zakia Graham, 48, of Burlington, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, June 26, 2025.

Trazana was born in the Bronx, NY on April 9, 1977. A dedicated and ambitious student, she was currently pursuing her education at Alamance Community College. She loved to spend her free time watching reality tv and runway fashion shows. Trazana had a sweet and kind personality, with a cheerful disposition that drew others to her, and she will be missed by many.

Trazana is survived by her mother, Margaret Tillman Graham; brothers, Jason Graham and Mark Graham; sister, Naeemah Huntley; sister-in-law, Tomeka Graham; brother-in-law, Ron Huntley; niece, Nylah Huntley; and nephews, Ishmael Huntley, Jabari Huntley, Khalil Graham Huntley, and Jason Graham. She was preceded in death by her father, Alvin John Graham.

A celebration of Trazana's life will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
