Weldon Allen

Gibsonville, NC Weldon K. Allen, age 77, formerly of Steele Street went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at Evergreens Nursing Center in Greensboro. He was a native of Guilford County and the son of the late Melvin R. and Launa Hart Allen. Weldon mowed lawns for many years in Gibsonville for senior citizens and he cared for his mother until her passing at age 100. He is survived by a brother, Carl Neil Allen of Burlington. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Gibsonville City Cemetery. Lowe Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
