Alease Cearley

Alease Coleman Cearley, 70, passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at Sheridanville Family Care Home.  She was born December 13, 1949 in Alamance County to the late Leonard Thomas and Dema Smith Coleman.  Alease was a member of Plaza Baptist Church in Charlotte, NC.  She enjoyed watching the Panthers play football and spent a lot of time reading.  Her passion in life was teaching and writing, especially poetry.

She is survived by her daughters:  Sharon Cearley of Charlotte, Alicia Cearley of Burlington, and Kimberley Cedrone of Charlotte; a brother, Thomas Coleman of Burlington; and a sister, Sharon Stagg of Greensboro.

Along with her parents, Alease was preceded in death by her husband, Mikie Cearley.

The funeral will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, November 15, 2020 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Rev. Allen Myers. You may attend or watch the live stream on the Lowe Funeral Home website.

Mrs. Cearley will be available for viewing one hour before the service on Sunday from 1:00 till 2:00 PM.
