Joseph "Joe" Martiner, Jr.

Joseph “Joe” John Martiner, Jr., 72, passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at his residence.  He was born on June 21, 1948 in Nassau County, NY to the late Joseph John Martiner, Sr. and Marie Barbara Costello Martiner.

Joe formerly was employed at the Vocational Trades of Alamance County where he was an assembler.  He enjoyed playing baseball and running the short race in the Special Olympics.  Joe was known as a jokester to many that knew him.

He is survived by his sisters, Anne M. Rothrock, Peggy M. Crews and husband Bob, and Joan Hampton; several nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
